Hi there and welcome to Stacked Home Organization and Design!

My name is Danyel and I am a lover of all things color coded, labeled, neat and stacked. I’m a true believer that simplicity and efficiency are the keys to success. Behind every brand there is a story and this is where mine began.

As a child I was gifted a beautiful doll house that was as tall as I was. For hours I would design and rearrange the different rooms with furniture, accessories, colors and then I would sit back and admire my work. Dolls were great and all but the house was what really made my heart happy.  It wasn’t until adulthood that I realized children actually played with their dolls and used their imagination. Who knew?!

Some of my fondest memories growing up were watching and “helping” my Nana around the house. I’ve always admired that she  knew where the scissors (or anything for the matter) were with confidence.  All of her efforts truly made the home feel safe and welcoming. She is still the most organized person I know and she can fold a fitted sheet better than anyone. Throughout the years, I have tried my best to replicate that feeling I had as a child for my own home.

Prior to starting Stacked Home I worked as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives for 5+ years. I enjoyed creating an environment where a healthy work life balance could be achieved through organizing and streamlining their daily life events. I’ve been able to channel the skills learned in the EA world into creating and building what we know now as Stacked Home. I found that my true passion was organizing and design. I would share projects with friends and family and through their motivating reactions I realized I was onto something. Through lots of study and trial and error I learned that I can do what I LOVE and here I am starting an exciting new chapter.

Recently, my family and I made the decision to leave CA and start fresh in Texas. We landed in Pilot Point, TX where we are just far enough from the big cities to enjoy the open skies and farm roads but not too far for work and extracurriculars. We are enjoying the exploration of our new surroundings from shopping in Frisco, live music in Plano, dining in the historic downtowns of McKinney or Celina. Finally making it home and our new favorite place at the beautiful Lake Ray Roberts. I truly look forward to future projects that take me to new places and building relationships with new clients. We are blessed to call Texas our home.

XOXO,

Danyel
